The export value of Lampung Province in November 2024 decreased by 31.49 percent compared to October 2024, while the import value declined by 50.30 percent over the same period

The top ten export commodity groups from Lampung Province in November 2024 included animal/vegetable fats and oils; coffee, tea, and spices; mineral fuels; processed vegetables, fruits, and nuts; food industry residues and waste; wood pulp; sugar and confectionery; wood and wood products; fish, crustaceans, and mollusks; as well as processed meat, fish, crustaceans, and mollusks. 

 

The main export destinations for Lampung Province in November 2024 were India, China, Pakistan, the United States, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Malaysia, and Cambodia. 

 

Exports by sector over the past month showed that the agriculture sector declined by 43.47 percent, while the manufacturing sector decreased by 33.05 percent. Meanwhile, the mining and other sectors experienced an increase of 18.46 percent. 

 

The import value of Lampung Province in November 2024 reached US$116.23 million, marking a decline of US$117.61 million or 50.30 percent compared to October 2024, which recorded US$233.83 million. This figure also represented a decrease of US$16.74 million or 12.59 percent compared to November 2023, which stood at US$132.97 million. 

 

The main supplier countries for imported goods to Lampung Province in November 2024 were Brazil (US$35.14 million), Australia (US$27.09 million), the United States (US$15.41 million), China (US$9.85 million), Pakistan (US$7.70 million), Singapore (US$5.02 million), Thailand (US$4.13 million), Russia (US$2.91 million), Malaysia (US$1.83 million), and Uzbekistan (US$1.37 million). 

 

Compared to October 2024, the import value in November 2024 showed a decline of 64.69 percent for capital goods and 54.48 percent for raw materials/intermediate goods, while consumer goods imports surged by 908.79 percent.
